Yutone is a JavaScript-based application designed to help students study Chinese tones by analyzing their pronunciation and tracking their pitch over time. The app visually displays pitch changes to help users improve their pronunciation.

2. Ownership and License

All content, software, and materials available through Yutone are owned by Yutone or its licensors.

• Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the code or content without written permission.
• Users do not gain ownership of any part of the code or generated content.

3. User Data and Privacy

We collect personal data including your name, email address, and payment information. We also collect non-personal data such as web cookies to improve user experience.

4. Voice Recordings and Usage

Currently, Yutone does not store or share users' voice recordings. In the future, this may change as an opt-in feature, and users will be notified and must consent before any change takes effect.

All purchases made through Yutone are subject to our 7-day money-back guarantee. After 7 days, all sales are final. For refund requests within the 7-day period, please contact us at support@yutone.app.
