**Terms of Service** *Effective Date: October 12, 2025* Welcome to **YuTone** (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website https://yutone.app (“Website”) or any services provided through it (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. --- ### 1. Description of Service YuTone is a JavaScript-based application designed to help students study Chinese tones by analyzing their pronunciation and tracking their pitch over time. The app visually displays pitch changes to help users improve their pronunciation. --- ### 2. Ownership and License All content, software, and materials available through YuTone are owned by YuTone or its licensors. * Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. * Users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the code or content without written permission. * Users do not gain ownership of any part of the code or generated content. --- ### 3. User Data and Privacy We collect personal data including your name, email address, and payment information. We also collect non-personal data such as web cookies to improve user experience. Payments and Refund Policy All purchases made through YuTone are **final**. We do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed. --- ### 6.
