7-Day Free Trial
All new users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to Yutone. No credit card is required to start your trial. You can explore all features risk-free before making a purchase decision.
We encourage you to fully test the app during your trial period to ensure it meets your needs before subscribing.
Monthly Subscription Refunds
For monthly subscriptions ($1.99/month):
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will retain access until the end of the paid period
- No refunds are provided for partial months
- You will not be charged again after cancellation
Lifetime Plan Refunds
For one-time lifetime purchases (Lifetime Basic and Lifetime Premium):
- 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you're not satisfied
- After 7 days, all lifetime purchases are final and non-refundable

How to Cancel Your Subscription
To cancel a monthly subscription:
- Log in to your account
- Go to your Dashboard
- Click “Open Billing Portal”
- Select “Cancel Subscription”
Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
How to Request a Refund
If you are eligible for a refund (within 7 days of a lifetime purchase):
- Email us at support@yutone.app
- Include your account email and reason for refund
- We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Exceptions
Refunds may be denied if:
- The refund request is made after the 7-day guarantee period (for lifetime plans)
- The account has been suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
- Fraudulent activity or chargebacks have been initiated
