7-Day Free Trial

All new users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to Yutone. No credit card is required to start your trial. You can explore all features risk-free before making a purchase decision.

We encourage you to fully test the app during your trial period to ensure it meets your needs before subscribing.

Monthly Subscription Refunds

For monthly subscriptions ($1.99/month):

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will retain access until the end of the paid period
  • No refunds are provided for partial months
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation

Lifetime Plan Refunds

For one-time lifetime purchases (Lifetime Basic and Lifetime Premium):

  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you're not satisfied
  • After 7 days, all lifetime purchases are final and non-refundable
  • To request a refund within the 7-day window, contact us at support@yutone.app

How to Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel a monthly subscription:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to your Dashboard
  3. Click “Open Billing Portal”
  4. Select “Cancel Subscription”

Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

How to Request a Refund

If you are eligible for a refund (within 7 days of a lifetime purchase):

  1. Email us at support@yutone.app
  2. Include your account email and reason for refund
  3. We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days
  4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Exceptions

Refunds may be denied if:

  • The refund request is made after the 7-day guarantee period (for lifetime plans)
  • The account has been suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent activity or chargebacks have been initiated
